Job Description

Your role:

Support the Staffing Manager in identifying professional profiles for banking engineers, with the goal of facilitating new assignments and reducing the number of people in banking.

Responsibilities: Identify engineers whose assignments are about to end. Conduct interviews and profile engineers. Coordinate interviews between projects and available engineers. Maintain constant contact with people in banking, considering their interests and aspirations. Share interview feedback with engineers. Support the Staffing Manager with administrative and operational tasks related to the area.

Skills required:

Advanced English (spoken and written). Knowledge of office tools: Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent attitude, social skills, and effective communication skills.
