Talent Management Specialist

About the role

Atento is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Management Specialist to support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of talent development initiatives across the organization. The role supports learning and career development programs, facilitates training experiences, manages learning records, and uses data to measure the impact of development investments.

The ideal candidate combines strong facilitation skills, analytical thinking, project coordination abilities, and a genuine passion for developing people.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and support functions to identify talent development needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Support internal talent development programs, including career path initiatives and leadership development experiences.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities as required.
• Coordinate logistics, communications, schedules, and participant engagement for development programs.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver specialized learning content.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using platforms such as Rise and other learning technologies.
• Apply instructional design principles to transform content into interactive and impactful learning experiences.
• Research and recommend innovative learning methodologies and best practices.
• Maintain accurate training records, learning databases, and employee development histories.
• Use advanced Excel skills to track course completion, attendance, learning compliance, and development progress.
• Generate recurring reports and dashboards for Operations and Support Functions.
• Analyze learning data and development investments to assess effectiveness, impact, and ROI.
