Talent Management Specialist

Main Objective:We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Management Specialist to support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of talent development initiatives across the organization. This role will be instrumental in driving learning and career development programs, facilitating training experiences, managing learning records, and leveraging data to measure the impact of development investments.The ideal candidate combines strong facilitation skills, analytical thinking, project coordination abilities, and a genuine passion for developing people.
Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development SupportPartner with business leaders and support functions to identify talent development needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.Support the implementation of internal talent development programs, including career path initiatives and leadership development experiences.Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities as required.Coordinate logistics, communications, schedules, and participant engagement for development programs.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver specialized learning content.
Instructional Design & Learning TechnologyDesign and develop engaging e-learning courses using platforms such as Rise and other learning technologies.Apply instructional design principles to transform content into interactive and impactful learning experiences.Continuously research and recommend innovative learning methodologies and best practices.
Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate training records, learning databases, and employee development histories.Utilize advanced Excel skills to track course completion, attendance, learning compliance, and development progress.Generate recurring reports and dashboards for Operations and Support Functions.Analyze learning data and development investments to assess effectiveness, impact, and ROI.
Program AdministrationProcess all documentation related to training and development activities, including requests, registrations, vendor documentation, and participant feedback surveys.Ensure proper documentation and visibility of employee development activities for managers and leadership teams.
QualificationsRequiredEnglish proficiency: B2+ or higher.Flexibility to work onsite as business needs require.Advanced Excel skills, including: XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Database managementKnowledge of talent development, competency development, and training needs analysis.Previous experience in training delivery, facilitation, or learning coordination.At least three years of university studies in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; or two years of experience in a first-level leadership position.
PreferredInterest in instructional design and e-learning development.Familiarity with Rise, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar reporting and automation tools.Previous exposure to career path, succession planning, or talent development programs.Experience supporting organizational learning initiatives in fast-paced environments.
