Goldman, Antonetti & Cordova, LLC seeks an entry-level attorney to join our tax and corporate practice. This is an immediate opening, and we are reviewing applications and conducting interviews on a rolling basis.
The successful candidate will work across our tax, corporate, banking, securities, real estate, and notarial practice areas, gaining broad transactional experience while serving local, national, and international clients.
Responsibilities• Advise and counsel clients on a range of legal matters.• Provide legal support on tax and corporate transactions.• Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions, memoranda, deeds, and other legal and notarial documents.
Qualifications• Admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico.• Authorized as a public notary in Puerto Rico.• Full written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish.• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.• Commitment to client service and interest in practice development.
