Tax Manager

This position is based in León, Guanajuato.
The ideal candidate will oversee all tax-related decisions and activities within the organization, ensuring full compliance with applicable tax regulations and keeping the company informed of changes in tax legislation.ResponsibilitiesConduct tax research and assess the impact of new tax regulations.Prepare and review tax returns.Identify opportunities to minimize the company’s effective tax rate.Oversee compliance with non-income tax obligations.Prepare for and lead tax audits.Provide tax guidance and recommendations to senior management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least five years of professional tax experience.Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
