Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted advisor relationships. Identify tax issues proactively and communicate solution options clearly to clients and internal teams. Lead and mentor staff to ensure accurate, timely delivery of client tax returns and related services. Stay updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices. Manage complex foreign reporting requirements, including FBAR and Form 5471 compliance. Collaborate with firm partners on strategic tax planning to optimize client outcomes. Research emerging tax issues and provide authoritative guidance to clients. Contribute to practice development initiatives that generate new business and strengthen client relationships. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum 5 years of technical tax experience in public accounting or a related environment. CPA, Enrolled Agent (EA), or equivalent professional certification. Proven ability to manage all aspects of client engagements independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities. Preferred: Experience with foreign tax reporting and international tax compliance. Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring and supervising junior staff.
