Team Captain Shift Supervisor

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- At least College level; graduate of any course is preferred.
- Background in Business Management, Marketing, or Accounting is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant operation.
- Experience or training in quality management programs and relevant industry courses (e.g., food safety and basic occupational safety and health).

TECHNICAL & LEADERSHIP SKILLS
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with mobile and digital applications.
- Experience using cash and inventory management tools.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Good people-handling and collaborative skills.
- Customer-focused and demonstrates a serve-to-delight attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and quality-minded.
