Requirements

• At least college level; a graduate of any course is preferred.
• A background in Business Management, Marketing, or Accounting is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant operation.
• Experience or training in quality management programs and relevant industry courses, such as food safety and basic occupational safety and health.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with mobile and digital applications.
• Experience using cash and inventory management tools.
• Effective oral and written communication, good people-handling and collaborative skills, and a customer-focused, serve-to-delight attitude.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and quality-minded, with a strong work ethic, responsibility, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making skills, honesty, and integrity.
