SHIFT: 2ND SHIFT
Monday – Friday
5:00 PM – 1:45 AM
Overtime is mandatory!

PAY RATE:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

LOCATION:
MEMPHIS, TN

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
WAREHOUSE

REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass a background check
Previous experience as a warehouse Lead
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and coordinate daily team activities.
Ensure productivity and quality goals are met.
Train, motivate, and monitor employee performance.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Communicate and resolve operational issues.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Work with management to achieve warehouse objectives.
