Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and coordinate tasks among team members to enhance efficiency. Lead and mentor a diverse team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork to achieve shared goals. Assist with customer service inquiries, providing timely resolutions and support to elevate customer satisfaction. Manage files and records with precision, ensuring confidentiality and easy access to important documents. Conduct telecalling initiatives to engage with clients and gather valuable feedback. Develop and implement organizational strategies to improve time management and productivity within the office. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver successful outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service and team collaboration. Proficiency in organization, problem solving, and attention to detail. Experience with telecalling and file management is preferred. At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
