We’re Hiring: Bilingual Team Leader – Customer Service & Quality Assurance
Northbound Operating Partners is looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader to lead a remote bilingual customer service team supporting U.S.-based operations.
Location: LATAM (Venezuela, Nicaragua, Colombia, Mexico, Peru)Work Model: 100% RemoteSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per weekCompensation: USD $800–$1,000 per monthEnglish Level: B2–C1 required
What we’re looking for:Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or QA Lead in a bilingual BPOStrong background in Customer ServiceHands-on experience in Quality Assurance, call monitoring, coaching, and performance managementExperience in mitigation, restoration, insurance claims, property services, home services, or related industriesAbility to lead meetings, coach agents, and communicate effectively in EnglishStrong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Key responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a bilingual remote teamMonitor KPIs, attendance, productivity, and service levelsConduct QA evaluations and coaching sessionsHandle escalations and support continuous improvementPrepare performance reports and action plansCollaborate with Operations, QA, and Training teams
