Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing expert guidance in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. Oversee daily financial operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and regulatory adherence. Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies that promote business growth. Facilitate team meetings and performance reviews to foster continuous improvement and open communication. Monitor team performance metrics and establish benchmarks aligned with company goals. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and financial health. Conduct training sessions to develop team skills and encourage professional growth. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field. Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management. Strong analytical and financial modeling expertise. Proficiency in financial software and tools; ERP system knowledge is a plus. Minimum 5 years of finance sector experience, including at least 2 years in leadership. Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA preferred but not mandatory.
