Job Description:We are looking a proactive and results-oriented, service-oriented professional to supervise, play a key role in a day-to-day leadership to ensure the smooth operation of our Visa Application Center. The ideal candidate will bring experience in environments such as:✔ Visa & Passport Services✔ Travel Agencies✔ Airports / Aviation Services✔ Tourism & Hospitality✔ Customer Experience Operations
Key Responsibilities:• Supervise daily operations at the Visa Application Centre• Lead and support a team of Customer Service Officers• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence• Drive Value-Added Services (VAS) and cross-selling opportunities• Handle escalations and support continuous service improvement• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and security standards
Requirements:Conversational English is mandatory (daily communication with international teams).Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.Experience in the tourism, airline, retail or visa services sectors.Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.Availability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, in Santo Domingo.
