CS38 & CS39 for climbers, aerial rescue current for everyone on site. Punctual, reliable, and wanting to make a difference, not just clock in and clock out.
A proper mix of commercial and domestic work, no two weeks the same. Couldn’t do what we do without the people on the tools, so we don’t treat them like they’re replaceable. Show up, give 100%, and you share in what we build. That’s the deal here.
THE PACKAGE:
- SALARY: £28k to £42k (depending on role, tickets and experience)
- + profit share
- + £250 joining bonus
- Depending on role, tickets and experience
- 28 days holiday + bonus day (28 days + bonus day)

- Progression auto-included, employer paid
- Auto-enrolled, employer paid
- Hours: Monday to Friday standard, 1 weekend a month at most (more available if you want it!)
- Provision: progression that’s actually real, promoted from the inside.
If you’re subcontracting, do the maths. Add up what you actually take home after fuel, kit, tax, and the days you don’t or can’t work. We think you’ll be better off here.
