About JRPass:JRPass.com, 16 years old, bootstrapped, £30M revenue. We build travel platforms for millions of people who visit Japan. We are transitioning from contractor-led engineering to building a permanent team culture.
Your new part-time role:You work Monday to Friday, 4-5 hours daily. Your job is culture, standards, and team coherence - not coding volume. Define how this team works together. Hold the bar on AI-native code quality. Mentor four developers across Poland, Colombia, and the wider team.
What you bring:8+ years building production systems.Led a small team.Deep code judgment.AI-native daily practice (Cursor, Claude Code).Comfort in remote, distributed, multi-timezone teams.

Salary (50% time commitment):UK-based: £42,500 - £57,500 per yearPoland-based: €52,000 - €71,000 per yearLATAM (Colombia, Argentina, Brazil): $43,000 - $57,000 USD per yearOther locations: Open to discussion within a remote-first environment
