Key Responsibilities Create precise, high-quality 3D models with perfect quad-based topology to ensure optimal mesh flow and production readiness. Develop clean UV maps and execute detailed texturing processes to enhance realism and visual appeal. Ensure shading quality by eliminating pinching and N-gon issues, maintaining professional standards in all assets. Participate in a rigorous modeling assessment and training phase to align with Company’s quality standards and workflows. Collaborate effectively with fellow modelers and project managers to meet tight production deadlines and project goals. Incorporate continuous feedback to refine models, improving asset quality and client satisfaction. Manage your workload efficiently to maximize productivity and earnings based on approved 3D assets. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in 3D Modeling, Computer Graphics, or a related field. Proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray is strictly required, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise. Deep understanding of quad-based topology and UV mapping techniques essential for production-ready models. Experience in texturing, shading, and attention to detail to produce photorealistic assets. Strong knowledge of edge flow principles to ensure clean and efficient mesh construction. Preferred: Freelance experience with a consistent portfolio of completed projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail. Ability to adapt quickly during training and assessment phases to meet Company’s standards.
