Technical Designer

Be part of our creative fashion family! 2.7 August Apparel is looking for an experienced Technical Designer to join our growing team.

What you'll do:
- Lead fit sessions and provide detailed fit comments to overseas factories
- Develop and maintain tech packs, BOMs, and garment specifications
- Review samples, monitor quality, and ensure fit consistency
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve fit and quality issues
- Track product development timelines from first fit through production
- Analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our products

What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of Technical Design experience in women's apparel
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, grading, pattern-making, and fit
- Experience communicating with overseas vendors
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft 365
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills

Schedule: Full-Time | On-site | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1hr unpaid lunch + 30 mins break during a day)
Salary: Starting from $75,000+ per year (DOE)
