Technical Lead - Post Silicon Validation

About the role

Product Engineering focuses on the design, development, and lifecycle management of products for the Data Center Infrastructure Supply Chain. Product Engineers bridge technical development and business needs, ensuring products are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet Meta sourcing standards.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing quality oversight: Monitor and support mass production of server and rack systems at partner manufacturing facilities, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Incident triage and resolution: Investigate and triage product quality incidents reported from data centers, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions (RCCA).
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with the hardware quality engineering team to identify and mitigate production and shipment risks.
• Change management: Organize and oversee hardware and firmware changes at manufacturing sites to support smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
• Documentation and reporting: Track active changes, open quality issues, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supplier/customer management.
• Experience creating supplier/customer quality reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, with experience using associated quality tools.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
• Must be able to work from manufacturing facilities daily.
• Ability to travel to other local manufacturing facilities as required.
