Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and drive the end-to-end technical delivery of our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and CMS programs. You will serve as the crucial bridge between cross-functional PODs, technical SMEs, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate ensures that complex web development, content migration, and publishing workflows are seamlessly executed while meeting strict Lenovo technical standards and governance protocols.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Delivery & CoordinationCoordinate technical delivery across AEM / CMS, content migration, QA, publishing, and workflow activities.Support issue triage and resolution across templates, components, metadata, redirects, publishing flows, and page readiness.Risk, Dependency, & Release ManagementTrack technical dependencies, blockers, risks, and release-readiness items across multiple PODs.Maintain technical delivery status, track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, and define escalation paths for governance reviews.Stakeholder & SME PartnershipPartner with Lenovo technical SMEs to clarify requirements, coordinate access needs, provision environments, and resolve deployment constraints.Bridge the gap between non-technical business teams and highly technical development resources.Quality & ComplianceEnsure technical work stays strictly aligned with the agreed project scope, approved tools, and Lenovo standards.Drive release readiness and oversee integration testing, QA, and post-launch hypercare phases.
Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 6+ to 10+ years of proven experience in IT or Digital Technical Project Management.
Core Skills:Hands-on exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and enterprise CMS ecosystems.Workflow Management:Strong background in coordinating CMS migrations, publishing workflows, QA cycles, and release management.Risk Tracking:Demonstrated ability maintaining RAID logs, managing complex cross-functional POD dependencies, and escalating issues for governance.Communication:Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical limitations and solutions to technical SMEs and business leaders.Certifications:PMP or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) preferred.
