About the role
RVS is seeking a Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead strategic analytics initiatives for a U.S.-based healthcare organization that supports a large network of dental practices. The role leads enterprise data and analytics projects from concept through implementation and adoption, including a data warehouse migration and related business intelligence initiatives.
You will work alongside executive leadership, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders to manage projects that improve reporting, business intelligence, and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Data & Analytics projects from initiation through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
- Lead the enterprise data warehouse migration from planning and discovery through migration and testing.
- Oversee concurrent initiatives involving reporting, business intelligence, cloud data platforms, and enterprise data warehouse projects.
- Align business objectives with technical delivery and translate technical dependencies into clear project plans and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bilingual, with English C1+ required.
- Experience managing complex data warehouse or data platform migrations.
- Strong communication skills and a highly organized approach to project leadership.
