Technical Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Responsabilidades laborales●Proporcionar soporte técnico y asesoramiento a los clientes.●Compartir documentación, actualizaciones de software e instrucciones.●Visitar las instalaciones de los clientes para ofrecer soporte práctico.●Recopilar tendencias del sector y comentarios de los clientes para mejorar los productos y servicios.
Qualifications●Conocimientos sólidos en electrónica, TI o redes, con experiencia práctica en la depuración de sistemas.●Se preferirá experiencia en el control de pantallas led, procesamiento de video o sistemas Pro-AV.●Proficiente en el manejo de software y la configuración de dispositivos.
