Technical Support Engineer - GPON

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer - GPON to strengthen our FTTH network operations and deliver high-quality solutions in optical transmission technologies.
📌 Key Responsibilities• Network support: Provide maintenance, upgrades, and testing for ZTE GPON solutions.• Troubleshooting support: Deliver technical assistance and perform diagnostics for SBC & IMS Core Network platforms, ensuring stability and reliability.• On-site operations: Implement strategic solutions and coordinate with customers.• Customer training: Deliver technical training on company technologies and solutions.
🎯 Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.• Advanced English (mandatory).• Nice to have: Familiarity with Linux and/or SQL.• Experience with optical transmission networks.• Hands-on expertise with GPON network architecture, FTTH deployment projects, and ONT devices used at customer premises.• Previous technical support experience preferred.• Availability to travel within Mexico and valid driver’s license.
