Tech Americas is looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist II with a strong background in Tier 2 technical support, networking, and video surveillance systems.
🔧 What We’re Looking For:✅ 2–3+ years of experience in Tier 2 / Advanced Technical Support✅ Hands-on experience supporting CCTV, IP cameras, video surveillance systems, VMS, or related security technologies✅ Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Windows environments✅ Experience troubleshooting networks, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and connectivity issues✅ Knowledge of SQL Server, IIS, databases, and enterprise applications✅ Experience handling and resolving technical escalations from Tier 1 teams✅ Strong ticket documentation and troubleshooting skills✅ Advanced English proficiency and excellent customer service skills
🎥 Highly Valuable Experience:Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, or providing technical support for:• IP cameras and CCTV systems• Video Management Systems (VMS)• NVR/DVR systems• Network-connected surveillance equipment• Enterprise security or video surveillance solutions
