Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Diagnose hardware and software problems, escalating complex issues as needed. Assist with installation and configuration of software and applications for end-users. Document and track support interactions using our ticketing system to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Conduct follow-up communication to confirm customer issues are fully resolved. Participate in team meetings to discuss technical challenges and share solutions. Contribute to improving technical support processes and documentation. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with common operating systems and software applications. Customer service experience is a plus.
