Technical Support Specialist

We're looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join us part-time and help deliver exceptional customer service through expert technical assistance. Key responsibilities include providing technical support via phone, email, and chat; diagnosing hardware and software issues; assisting with software installation and configuration; documenting support interactions; conducting follow-ups; participating in team meetings; and contributing to process improvements. Required qualifications include an Associate's Degree in IT or related field, 1-2 years of technical support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with operating systems and software. Preferred qualifications include basic networking knowledge and customer service experience.
