You will be responsible for producing engaging and insightful video content that breaks down intricate topics into accessible and enjoyable formats, driving growth for some of the best tech companies globally.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver video content that simplifies complex technical topics for a wide audience.Own the video creation process from research, scripting, and filming to working with editors on the final cut.Produce a variety of content types, including tutorials, deep dives, product walkthroughs, and short-form videos for platforms like YouTube and TikTok.Collaborate with content strategists and other team members to ensure high-quality content delivery.Engage with clients and subject matter experts to create videos that meet their needs and expectations.RequirementsStrong technical background in engineering, demonstrated through education, work experience, or a portfolio of side projects.Comfortable presenting on camera and explaining technical concepts in an engaging manner.Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and accurate content without oversimplifying.A portfolio of video content, such as a YouTube channel, videos for a previous employer, or an online course.Hold a background of engineering Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, JavaScript, or Python is desired.Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.Based in LATAM and able to work remotely, adhering to EST hours.Nice to HavesExperience or interest in transitioning to a full-time content creation role from engineering.Familiarity with developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, or data platforms.Basic video editing skills, with an emphasis on creative vision over technical prowess.Additional Information Competitive salary with specific details provided during the interview process.20 days of annual leave plus local public holidays.Provide a complete recording kit, including camera, microphone, and lighting.Fully remote position, with flexible work hours focused on outcome-based performance.Join a team of builders who are passionate about what they do, offering a collaborative environment with real feedback exchange.
