Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded international Am Law ranked firm with a Chambers recognized technology practice seeking a Senior Technology Companies Group Associate to join its San Francisco office.
This position offers direct access to sophisticated growth company and venture transactions, meaningful responsibility from day 1, and the resources of a global Am Law platform. You will work closely with market recognized partners on high value financings for leading technology businesses, gaining substantive ownership of matters and a credible platform for long term advancement.

The Role
⚖️ Advise high growth technology and emerging companies on private offerings, venture capital financings, and corporate transactions💼 Support companies and investors through multiple financing stages and broader corporate development across the growth company lifecycle📝 Lead drafting and negotiation of financing documents, corporate governance materials, and related transactional documentation🗣️ Serve as a trusted advisor to founders, executives, and investors with regular client contact and strategic input🤝 Work closely with partners and cross office teams, taking substantive ownership of matters within a global platform
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a Senior Technology Companies Group Associate with:
⚖️ 7 to 8 years of major law firm experience focused on corporate or emerging companies work🎯 Strong experience in private offerings, venture capital transactions, and emerging company representation🏛️ Admission to the California bar and ability to practice in good standing🎓 Excellent academic credentials plus outstanding written and verbal communication skills📍 Ability to work in the San Francisco office in person 5 days per week
Compensation & Benefits
