Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Técnico de Servicio en Terreno at RedHome ST. The role involves providing on-site technical service, performing routine and corrective maintenance, and completing repairs on assigned equipment and systems. The technician will diagnose issues, carry out troubleshooting steps, and document all service activities in a clear and timely manner. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating field visits, communicating with customers about service needs, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and collaborating with the support team to resolve complex technical problems. The role also requires proactive follow-up to confirm service completion and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for residential or commercial systems.Proficient Troubleshooting skills to diagnose technical issues and apply effective solutions.Experience in Field Service, including on-site visits, service reporting, and time management.Solid Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage schedules and priorities.Basic knowledge of safety standards, tools, and equipment used in field service environments.Relevant technical training or certification in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or related fields.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed for on-site service.Comfort with digital tools for work orders, reporting, and remote collaboration.
