AGS TELECALLER MARKETING is hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Sikandarābād, Uttar Pradesh. This full-time role offers a great opportunity to engage with potential customers, provide detailed product information, and generate valuable leads to support company growth. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Provide accurate, detailed responses to customer inquiries and address their needs effectively. Maintain comprehensive records of calls, interactions, and customer feedback using the CRM system. Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated. Coordinate with the sales team to set appointments and follow up on leads. Enhance communication skills and product knowledge through ongoing training sessions. Assist in developing new calling campaigns and scripts to improve outreach effectiveness. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills in English and any regional language. Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple calls efficiently. Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. The Telecaller will report directly to the Telecalling Team Lead and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts with company goals and improve customer satisfaction.
