Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered. Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings to address customer needs effectively. Achieve and exceed daily and monthly call quotas set by management. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transition and resolve customer concerns. Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine sales strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional speaking voice. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. This role reports directly to the Telecalling Supervisor and is part of a collaborative team emphasizing open communication and support.
