Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred. Proficiency in call management and data entry software tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently. Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is an advantage.
