Key Responsibilities Engage potential customers via phone to promote our products and services effectively. Manage inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries and providing detailed information. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using our CRM database. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to maximize conversion. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets. Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality and processes. Participate actively in training sessions to enhance communication skills and product knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills with strong command of English. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is advantageous. Familiarity with CRM software tools is a plus. Ability to work well within a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced workplace.
