Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly targets. Provide valuable feedback on customer experiences to improve service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 12th pass. Excellent communication skills with strong customer service orientation. Patience, time management skills, and ability to work well in a team. Fluency in Telugu is essential. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus; freshers are welcome.
