Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM software. Follow up on leads and referrals generated through various sales channels. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective customer engagement strategies. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned KPIs and sales targets. Provide valuable feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with dedication to meeting client needs. Prior experience in telecalling or telesales preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Basic understanding of sales techniques and principles. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
