Company is seeking a dedicated Telegestor de Soporte to join our team in San José, Costa Rica . This full-time position requires technical knowledge and strong customer service skills. Requirements: Bachillerato Educación Media or technical degree in electricity or mechanics. Experience and knowledge in Customer Service. Skills in handling customer complaints effectively. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar software packages. This role is not eligible for remote work and requires presence in San José.
