Key Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing enterprise customers to promote.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships by ensuring repeat.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay updated on MTN’s enterprise offerings, market trends, and competitor.
Academic Qualifications:
• Minimum of a diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in telecom or enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
