Key Responsibilities Engage potential customers through outbound calls to effectively promote and sell UTS infotech’s products and services. Achieve and consistently exceed daily and monthly sales targets by managing your pipeline and prioritizing high-potential leads. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software to support follow-ups and sales analytics. Collaborate with sales team members to identify new leads, share successful sales strategies, and contribute to team goals. Utilize problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that maximize value and close sales. Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum education: 10+2 (High School Diploma or equivalent). Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. Proven telesales or sales experience, ideally 1-3 years in a similar role. Demonstrated abilities in customer handling, time management, and problem-solving. Preferred: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment with measurable targets.
