Test Equipment Engineer

Education
* Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
* Diploma holders can be considered if they have strong hands-on semiconductor/tester experience

Experience
* Degree: 2–5 years
* Diploma: 5–8 years
* Semiconductor Final Test / Wafer Sort experience preferred
* Equipment engineering, test equipment, or ATE maintenance experience is highly relevant

Skill requirements:
* Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Good communication with Production, Test Engineering and Product Engineering
* Able to lead troubleshooting activities during production-down situations
* Willing to support off-hours/shift escalation when required
* Able to coach and develop technicians
