About the role

Crisil is hiring for a role focused on implementing and integrating its Vendor Risk Management and Outsourcing Framework across US and international functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding due diligence reviews, including criticality and risk assessments.
• Support periodic reviews of critical and material vendor services, maintain the critical vendor inventory and risk tiering, and review vendor risk and control frameworks.
• Assist with operational risk reviews of critical vendors, including internal questionnaires and incidents.
• Support vendor risk management deep dives and coordinate stakeholder meetings to review findings and track actions.
• Prepare materials for key risk forums, including Operational Risk Business Unit meetings.
• Support internal and external audit requests relating to vendor risk and outsourcing.
• Help maintain and improve the ServiceNow vendor risk management system and keep the inventory up to date.
• Gather and submit monthly metrics, including KPIs, and support general operational risk management project tasks.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in financial services risk, COO, or a control function.
• Attention to detail and thorough review of your own work.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive self-starter who can work independently and contribute as a team player to achieve team objectives.
• Excellent organizational skills.
