Key Responsibilities Measure and cut tiles with precision to ensure flawless fitting on floors, walls, and other surfaces, minimizing material waste. Install ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles using industry-standard techniques, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and priming to guarantee strong tile adhesion and long-lasting results. Apply grout and sealants meticulously to protect installations from moisture and wear, enhancing longevity. Conduct thorough inspections post-installation to identify and correct defects, maintaining high-quality workmanship standards. Collaborate effectively with project managers and other tradespeople to meet project deadlines and specifications. Maintain and operate tiling tools safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices on-site. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Proven experience in tile installation, especially with ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone materials. Strong skills in grouting, flooring, wall tiling, and accurate measurement techniques. Proficiency in using tiling tools and equipment safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address installation challenges promptly. Preferred: Certification in tiling or related industry-standard qualifications.
