At Limpieza extrema R&L SAS, a leading company in the general services sector in Bogotá, Colombia, we are expanding our team to include a dedicated Todero / Gardener. Join us on-site in Bogotá and contribute to maintaining and enhancing the quality of our clients’ properties through expert maintenance and gardening services. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of COL$1,423,500 per month, plus transportation allowance and a non-wage bonus, aligned with Colombian labor laws. We’re looking for a proactive and responsible professional who values teamwork and attention to detail, eager to grow their career in property maintenance and landscaping. Responsibilities include minor repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, preventive maintenance, gardening tasks such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, planting, and upkeep of green areas, supporting cleaning efforts, and safe tool operation. Requirements include completed secondary education, age 25-45, 2 years certified experience, basic plant care knowledge, and a strong service attitude.
