Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create and modify tools and dies. Utilize surface grinding techniques to achieve precision finishes on components. Fit and assemble tool components ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools and dies to ensure efficiency. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize tool designs and improve processes. Inspect finished tools and dies for quality assurance against accepted standards. Document manufacturing processes and maintain updated records of tool specifications. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in machining or manufacturing technology is a plus. Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation. Strong skills in tool fitting and surface grinding. Experience with precision machining tools and equipment. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
