Mrityunjay mishra is hiring a full-time Tool & Die Maker for first shift in York, Pennsylvania. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you’ll build, modify, fit, and maintain tools and dies while helping deliver precise, high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create and modify tools and dies.
- Use surface grinding techniques to produce precision finishes on components.
- Fit and assemble tool components to meet functional and specification requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools and dies.
- Work with engineering to refine tool designs and improve manufacturing processes.
- Inspect completed tools and dies against quality standards.
- Document manufacturing processes and maintain accurate tool specification records.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; machining or manufacturing technology education is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Strong tool-fitting and surface-grinding skills.
- Experience operating precision machining tools and equipment.
- Three to five years of related experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Pay and Work Environment
