About the role
Lear Corporation is hiring a Tool Crib Coordinator for its Apodaca Plant in the E-Systems Division. The role ensures the timely supply of spare parts while taking care of inventory values.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the physical inventory of the tool crib.
- Ensure compliance with all Sox auditable controls.
- Manage controls in conjunction with the import and export department.
- Supervise the requisitor, warehouse leader and warehouseist personnel.
- Review and analyze consumption levels of spare parts, including obsolete and critical spare parts.
- Make system changes to ensure articles are correctly located.
- Monitor the cycle counting program and make adjustments.
- Review invoice logs and the annual budget.
Requirements
- Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- 2+ years of experience in the field.
- Skills: tooling, power tool operation, computer-aided design and hand tools.
