Tasks
- Conduct market benchmarking and internal pay equity analysis.
- Maintain and update salary structures, job classifications and compensation data.
- Support compensation review cycles, bonuses and benefits administration.
- Analyze workforce costs and prepare compensation reports.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits or HR analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookups and data analysis).
- Knowledge of salary structures, market benchmarking and compensation models.
- Intermediate to advanced English skills (oral and written).
