The Total Rewards Manager leads and optimizes compensation, benefits, payroll, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) strategies. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to keep programs competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives and long-term goals. It also leads a team delivering service to internal and external stakeholders and partners with vendors and business partners on value-driven solutions to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll policies, procedures, reconciliations, and processing to ensure accurate, timely employee payments and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage employee benefit programs, including health, wellness, leave of absence, and related programs.
