Mission: Deliver exceptional academic and cultural experiences for university students and faculty by executing thoughtfully curated, pre-designed itineraries. Program Hosts are key ambassadors, ensuring participants gain maximum educational and professional value through seamless logistics, contextual expertise, and outstanding on-the-ground support.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead with Insight and Energy: Guide students and faculty through the established itinerary, bringing each moment to life by highlighting relevant cultural, historical, and business themes aligned with the program’s academic objectives.Act as Group Anchor: Maintain a strong and attentive presence throughout the program, ensuring the group’s safety, cohesion, and well-being. Proactively address concerns, anticipate needs, and foster an inclusive, respectful group dynamic.Prepare with Professionalism: Conduct thorough preparation in advance of the group’s arrival, including route checks, coordination with local partners, and reviewing the itinerary to ensure flawless delivery.Problem-Solve and Adapt: Monitor program flow and offer real-time suggestions or adjustments to enhance participant experience while preserving academic and logistical goals.Collaborate as a Team Player: Work closely with the Program Management and Operations teams before and during the program. Respect for team roles, open communication, and willingness to take direction are essential to success.Represent with Pride: Be a cultural bridge, a logistical expert, and a professional liaison between students, faculty, and local communities.
RequirementsFluent in English; fluency in local languages is a strong plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of your city/country and its business, cultural, and historical contextMinimum 2 years of experience leading educational or corporate travel programsBackground working with international students or professionals preferredTeam-oriented mindset with a collaborative approachFlexibility, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a genuine passion for education and cross-cultural exchange
