Exodus Packages is seeking a dedicated Tour Operator Assistant to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. This full-time role is key to supporting our tour operations and enhancing customer travel experiences. You will work closely with clients and tour guides to ensure smooth, memorable journeys. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily tour coordination and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after tours. Support booking processes and manage accurate itineraries. Collaborate with tour guides to ensure timely departures and schedule adherence. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve tour offerings. Maintain organized records of tours, sales, and client communications. Perform administrative duties to support the Tour Operator team. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with booking software or travel tools is a plus. Passion for travel and creating memorable client experiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
