Monjasa is looking for a Trader to join our Panama Physical Trading Team, one of the company's key commercial hubs in the Americas.

What you will doDevelop and manage customer and supplier relationships.Negotiate prices and commercial agreements.Execute daily bunker trading activities.Coordinate deliveries with internal and external stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities and grow your trading portfolio.Collaborate closely with colleagues across Monjasa's global network.
What you bringA strong commercial mindset and passion for sales.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Confidence working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.Interest in shipping, energy, trading, or international business.A proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.Fluent English (Spanish is a strong advantage).Around 2+ years of experience in sales, trading, shipping, logistics, or another commercial role.
