Traffic Specialist

🚚 We're Hiring: Traffic Specialist | Costa Rica 🌎📦The Traffic Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the transportation of goods to ensure on-time deliveries, optimize logistics costs, and maintain compliance with national and international trade regulations. This role oversees domestic and international shipments, negotiates with carriers and transportation providers, monitors cargo in transit, and resolves logistical issues as they arise.
The specialist also manages customs and transportation documentation, analyzes logistics expenses and cost variances, ensures adherence to import/export regulations, and prepares key performance indicator (KPI) reports to support continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and operational performance.
Fluent English is mandatory and interviews are in English.Based in San José, Escazú| Hybrid work 3x in office
