What You’ll DoDeliver engaging training sessions for new hires, product launches, and refresher programsEnsure effective knowledge transfer and production readiness for all traineesCoach and mentor trainees to successfully pass nesting and certification stagesMonitor performance, identify gaps, and implement targeted improvement strategiesManage training documentation, attendance, and reporting with high accuracyCollaborate with Ops, QA, Recruitment, and P&C to ensure alignment and success
What We’re Looking ForExperience in Call Center and/or Training rolesStrong English communication skills (written & verbal)Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop talentKnowledge of training methodologies and adult learning techniquesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-drivenAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
