Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AP & AR Trainer with a strong finance and accounting background to deliver training and support to a team of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Associates. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AP/AR processes and be capable of developing training materials, conducting sessions, and improving team performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom and on-the-job training for AP & AR Associates.Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.Ensure compliance with finance policies, internal controls, and best practices.Collaborate with operations and finance teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve training programs.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.Previous experience as a trainer, coach, or SME is preferred.Strong understanding of AP/AR processes, reconciliations, invoicing, and payment cycles.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
