Training Specialist - Onsite

You will be focused on the delivery of the training needs as specified by an account/client. The reports include the performance of trainees in the duration of the training period as assessed by examiners, quizzes, and hands-on trials or a combination of various methods.
What are we looking for: At least One (1) year of previous experience as a Training Specialist is requiredPrevious experience in healthcare environments within the BPO industry is a big plusEnergetic and proactiveKnowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to implement these principles into a training curriculumCreative and open to unexpected changeAbility to work under pressure and open to feedbackSchedule flexibility is a must
What you'll do:Present existing training materials through lecture, hands on demonstrations, and supporting activities for healthcare and customer service accounts.Work under the supervision and direction of a qualified Training Manager/Training Lead.Assess student performance in the classroom. Conduct coaching as required to manage trainee’s performance and behavior.Assist with the training of other classes as required.Deliver performance information to Training & Service Delivery Managers of the employee both during and at completion of new hire, recursive and new product training.Update class journal on a daily basis to keep track of class attendance, trainee’s performance and agenda progress.Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Acquire and maintain knowledge on Client Specific Trainer Certification Programs (certification process might vary depending on the LOB).
