We are seeking an experienced Transactional Real Estate Finance Lawyer with at least five years of practice experience to join Geraci LLP in Irvine, California. This hybrid role involves managing complex transactional matters, advising on financing structures, and supporting private lending initiatives with both independent execution and collaborative teamwork. Key Responsibilities Transactional Work Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security instruments, purchase and sale agreements, and related contracts. Structure and close real estate finance transactions ensuring full compliance with applicable laws. Conduct thorough due diligence on real estate assets, financing arrangements, and borrower entities. Advisory & Compliance Provide expert legal guidance on real estate financing structures and private lending matters. Advise clients on regulatory requirements and risk management strategies. Monitor and interpret legal developments impacting real estate finance transactions. Client & Stakeholder Management Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, lenders, and external counsel to ensure seamless transaction execution. Maintain strong client relationships with a strategic, consistent, and tailored approach. Qualifications: Minimum five years of experience in transactional real estate finance law. Strong knowledge of private lending, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
